Did you know that there was a study done and if water is visible for just 20 minutes, your mood will improve greatly?! You're in luck!!! Walk into this charming 2 bedroom condo and immediately understand why the name of it is "BAY VIEW by the Sea." With gorgeous views of the Bay through the wall to wall glass doors, as soon as you walk into the condo, you will fall in love with being on Anna Maria Island right away. One of the best parts of this condo is the breathtaking views that you will see from just about everywhere in the condo! As you explore your condo you will notice a fully equipped kitchen to your left to make all of your favorite meals. You could also use the private grill in the front of the condo, inside the front gate. If you forgot any ingredients, don't worry because there is a grocery store right across the road, making it a very convenient location on the island! The kitchen has a breakfast bar for additional seating or you can have your meals at the dinner table with seating for 4! Connected to the kitchen and dining area is the living room, so you don't have to go far after that meal to relax and take in a game or the evening news. Don't feel like watching TV? How about going into the sunroom and sitting with a glass of wine to take in the gorgeous blues, pinks and oranges of the sky as the sun is setting? If you wanted to take in the beautiful weather one more time for the day, go through the sliding glass doors to the concrete patio and sit outside by the water during that sunset. At the end of the day you'll enjoy the King bed in the master suite, or the queen bed in the guest room which also has an attached bathroom! Whether you prefer sitting in bed with a book or watching TV before bed, you have the option in both rooms as they both have TV's.
Being in such a great centralized location on the island, you'll be just a short walk to the beautiful beaches, minutes to everything on Anna Maria Island with a free trolly running up and down the island, short drive to downtown Bradenton, stores, shops, cafes, you will fall in love with Anna Maria Island!
